13. User Generated Content and Photo Release

Users may voluntarily share or submit content related to the Company’s brands, including photos, videos, reviews, or social media posts (“User Content”).

By submitting or tagging content referencing the Company, you grant The Rising Spirit LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You represent that:

• you      own the rights to the content
• individuals      appearing in the content have consented to its use.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, users will not receive compensation for the Company’s use of submitted content.

Content must depict individuals 21 years of age or older.

14. Responsible Marketing
